If you've sold, bought, rented or viewed a property through our Shoreham team over the years, chances are you've already met some of the team. We've recently updated our photos, so it felt like a good opportunity to re-introduce the people behind our 5* Shoreham team!
Between us, we've spent decades helping people move across Shoreham, Southwick and the surrounding area. Every move is different, but the common thread is helping people navigate what can often be a stressful process and keeping things moving when challenges inevitably arise.

Nick Williams | Associate Director
Born and bred in Shoreham, Nick has worked in estate agency for over 24 years and opened the Shoreham office in 2017.
Having previously spent part of his career working from our Brunswick Road office during his time at Harrison Brant, returning to the building in 2023 felt like coming full circle. The opportunity to acquire the Osborn Humphreys lettings portfolio and expand Oakley locally was one that couldn't be ignored.
Today, Nick oversees the sales and lettings team from the Shoreham office on Brunswick Road, helping clients across Shoreham, Southwick, and the wider area.
From valuations and marketing strategy through to negotiating offers and helping sales reach exchange, Nick is involved throughout the entire process. His focus is always on giving honest advice, realistic guidance and helping clients make informed decisions.
Outside of work, you'll usually find him at the gym, playing padel, following Worthing FC, or spending time with his wife and family.
Jason Ferguson | Sales
Jason is a familiar face in the Shoreham office and works closely with buyers and sellers throughout their move.
Before moving into property, Jason worked as a chef, so he's no stranger to working under pressure, dealing with people and spinning multiple plates at once. Those skills have proved surprisingly useful in estate agency, where no two days are ever the same.
Whether he's carrying out valuations, speaking with buyers or helping clients navigate the next stage of their move, Jason is known for his friendly approach and straightforward advice.
Outside of work, you'll often find him enjoying good food, spending time with family and making the most of life on the south coast.
Linda Still | Property Manager
Linda recently joined the team in Shoreham and brings with her a strong background in property management.
Having worked in the industry since 2015, she has extensive experience working with landlords, tenants and contractors, and enjoys the variety that comes with no two days ever being quite the same. Linda particularly enjoys getting things organised, solving problems and seeing jobs through from start to finish.
Her practical approach and attention to detail make her a great addition to the team, helping ensure clients receive the support they need throughout the lettings and property management process.
Outside of work, Linda enjoys walking, visiting National Trust properties and spending time with her family. She's also a big fan of the coast and can often be found out on her paddleboard when the weather is on her side!
Emily Davies | Sales & Lettings
Emily was the first person Nick brought into the Shoreham office and has been a huge part of its growth ever since.
Over the years, she's built strong relationships with countless people and has become a familiar voice for many clients moving through the process. Whether she's arranging viewings, handling enquiries or helping keep transactions on track, Emily is often at the centre of the day-to-day activity within the office.
Known for her calm approach and amazing reviews, she's someone both clients and colleagues rely on when things get busy.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys martial arts, which perhaps explains why she remains so composed when juggling the demands of a busy property market!
Gemma Wilcox | Lettings Negotiator
Gemma has worked in the property industry for over 15 years, specialising in residential lettings and property management.
Having spent the last decade working in Shoreham, she has built strong relationships with local landlords, tenants and contractors, alongside developing an excellent understanding of the local market.
Known for her friendly and approachable manner, Gemma prides herself on providing a high level of customer service and helping clients navigate what can often be a complicated process. Whether she's supporting landlords, tenants or managing properties, her experience and local knowledge make her a valuable part of the team.
Outside of work, Gemma enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting out on her bike and seeking out new adventures.
