Investing in Our Team: Congratulations Jacob & Sam!

Investing in Our Team: Congratulations Jacob & Sam!

Developing our people is key to maintaining high standards for our clients. This month, we're pleased to celebrate two training achievements within the Oakley team.

At Oakley, we believe that delivering an excellent client experience starts with having a knowledgeable, well trained team.

Investing in professional development is not optional for us, it is a core part of how we work and how we maintain high standards across our business.

We're proud to congratulate our Senior New Homes Consultant, Jacob Twiselton, on completing the Propertymark Level 3 Qualification in Property Agency (Sales). This is a significant industry qualification and a real achievement.

Jacob completed this while playing a key role within our busy Brighton and Hove sales team. Balancing study alongside the demands of day to day agency work requires focus, discipline and commitment, and Jacob demonstrated all three throughout the process. His dedication to developing his professional knowledge directly supports the quality of advice and service we provide to our clients.

We would also like to recognise Sam Williams, who has achieved a Distinction in Unit 1: The Role of the Property Professional. This result reflects a strong understanding of best practice, professionalism and the responsibilities that come with working in our industry.

These achievements highlight exactly what we encourage at Oakley. The property market is constantly evolving, and ongoing training ensures our team remains confident, informed and well equipped to support buyers and sellers at every stage of their journey.

Congratulations to both Jacob and Sam!
