Andy Hovey goes Under The Hammer

Andy Hovey goes Under The Hammer

Our Residential Director Andy Hovey was called in to action on Homes Under The Hammer this week!

Andy is no stranger to Homes Under The Hammer, he was last seen on the show back in 2020 when he advised on a property on Grand Parade in Brighton. This time around Andy was called to a property on Stanford Road just down from the Seven Dials area of Brighton, just moments away from the station.

Andy was quick to point out that the high ceilings and period detail would make for a very impressive apartment once finished. He commented: "The final refurb itself was very good, in that it was totally transformed. Very clever use of the space, creating a second bedroom. I also liked the garden, they created an outside kitchen area."

If you would like to watch the moment where Andy discovers a boiler older than him, the full episode Series 27: 7. A Riverside Grade II Listed Cottage (Tuesday 14th May, 2024) can be watched on BBC iPlayer. Click here to see Andy go Under The Hammer!
