It is with great excitement that we announce we were awarded the prestigious British Property Award for Best Agent in Shoreham-by-Sea and Lewes for both Sales and Lettings in 2023 and 2024!

During the past 12 months, we have demonstrated remarkable growth. The acquisition of Osborn Humphreys and the meticulous renovation of our new office on Brunswick Road, The Shoreham Property Hub, which completes our fit-out programme for all the Oakley offices, bringing them all into line with our company ethos of creating community property hubs that follow our strong branding message.

Lewes Director David Beaken says: "I was so thrilled to see us win The British Property Awards again for 2024. There were no awards in 2020 due to Covid but apart from that we have now won every year since 2019! The team has changed and developed over the last couple of years, they provide a fantastic service and it is great to see their efforts recognised.
We really like the set up at the BPA’s, they mystery shop all the agents in the area and refine their judging over three rounds. These include emails, phone calls and response times to voicemails left. When you see the feedback from the judges and the calibre of the other agents involved in the competition it makes me extremely proud to see the office win on both the sales and lettings front. This year for the first time we have been triumphant in the Regional competition winning the Silver Award for the whole of the South East. When you look at the list of other Gold winning agents in the region it really is an honour.
I remember we narrowly missed out on the award in 2018 and I was gutted. The judges said that it was due to us not responding to an email enquiry. I couldn't believe this was true so got our IT team to search for the mail and we later found it had gone straight in to our junk file. I explained this to the judges and they said they understood, but from a customer point of view it wasn't good enough, and I totally agreed! It highlighted a flaw in our system which we put right and it confirmed to me again the integrity of the award.
We are always thriving to offer our clients the best service we can with innovative ideas and traditional values, these awards are proof that the hard work is paying off!"
