Next phase of apartments & houses at Southdowns Park, Lewes now released

The team have now formally released the houses at Blakes Walk & apartments at Oliver House to the market and are reserving fast.

The team at The Lewes Property Hub were very excited to see the new hoardings going up at Southdowns Park in Lewes. Southdowns Park has been a long running project for the team at Lewes, the first phase consisted of 27 one & two bedroom apartments in the East Terrace which are all now sold. There were also nine, three & four bedroom houses on the North Terrace and there are now just two of these available.
 
The team have now formally released the houses at Blakes Walk & apartments at Oliver House to the market and starting to reserve. Within this next release are 10 two-bedroom apartments and 5 three-bedroom houses with a study. All of the properties are finished to the highest standard with contemporary integrated kitchens, luxury bathrooms, allocated parking and a selection of gardens, balconies and terraces. The properties are still in the construction stages; however, they are now being reserved. There is one of the new houses completed with kitchen and bathrooms fitted ready to show. There is also an opportunity to get in to specific apartments, these are further away from being finished but the rooms are formed so viewers could get an idea of the size, layout and outlook from each unit.


The hope is that the houses could be ready for occupation within 2 – 3 months of reserving and the apartments towards the end of the year. Of course, as always with new homes, these timings are just a guide and subject to change.
