Location, Location, Libations! Celebrating at the Brighton & Hove Estate Agents' Association Dinner

Brighton & Hove estate agents were all abuzz on Friday night, thanks to the 2025 Annual Estate Agents' Association Dinner. Agents, developers, solicitors, financial advisors and their associates from across the city gathered at Brighton's The Grand for the evening of festivities.

Every year, The Brighton and Hove Estate Agents' Association hosts a charitable dinner for all members and associates, and the 2025 dinner did not disappoint...

Hosted by Charles Watts, BHEAA President 2025, this year's dinner raised funds in aid of The Grace Eyre Foundation and featured musical guests Murdoch Crazy Eyes.

Oakley Property was represented in all splendour by Directors David Beaken, Tim Crossfield, Andy Hovey, James Epps and Steven Harvey accompanied by our Lewes Sales Manager, Carolyn Clarke. We were delighted to be joined by our close friends in the industry, which included Ray Charmak of Riveroaks Homes, Stephan Pfeiffer of Lavendar Homes and Pfeiffer Design, Matt Hoad, Director at Cayuga Homes, Ronan Mellett of Rego Property, as well as David Godden, Director at Hollybrook Developers.

David Beaken, Director of Lewes Property Hub, adds,
"The BHEAA has always been very special to me and being President 2020 remains one of my proudest moments. The annual dinner is the highlight of the industry social calendar and 2025 President Charle Watts did not disappoint, what a fantastic evening raising money for the incredible people at Grace Eyre."
