Team Building At Our Annual Staff Wellness Day

Team Building At Our Annual Staff Wellness Day

The entire Oakley team enjoyed an amazing day out at Q Leisure in Hassocks in July. An action-packed day filled with archery, axe-throwing and go-karting!

Our Staff Wellness Day isn't just a well-deserved (and fun) break for everyone, but an opportunity for the whole team to spend time together away from our desks and get outside the offices in lush greenery and natural surroundings.

Oakley are based out of 4 different locations across Sussex but work closely together; this event helped develop strong relationships, and was a great way for staff to meet face-to-face, especially for any newer employees.

Sparking competition and team spirit, the friendly rivalry and camaraderie among colleagues created an uplifting atmosphere where everyone felt supported, encouraged, and connected.

A special shout out to our individual winners, Jacob Twisleton from the New Home Sales team who put the pedal to the metal in go-karting, James Porter from our Property Management Accounts team for adding another string to his bow with archery, and Andy Russell from Residential Sales who must have knocked on wood before his axe-throwing triumph.

It was a day to remember - a day dedicated to team building and fostering relationships that extend beyond the office walls.
