Cheers To Twenty Years! Oakley Director Celebrates Anniversary Milestone.

Oakley is thrilled to celebrate a remarkable milestone for James Epps, our esteemed Director of New Homes & Land and an integral force behind Oakley’s growth and success.

Joining us in 2004, James has been shaping Oakley’s journey for two decades, and this month, as he celebrates his 20-year anniversary, we look back on the incredible contributions he has made to our team and the property industry.

James’s journey in the world of property began in his hometown of Brighton & Hove in 1994. His deep connection to the local area and his passion for the industry made him a perfect match for Oakley. Over the past 20 years, James has helped lead our New Homes & Land department, overseen the Brighton & Hove and Shoreham offices, and has been instrumental in driving Oakley’s growth across Sussex.

In 2013, James’s drive for industry excellence saw him named President of the Brighton & Hove Estate Agent Association, a role that perfectly reflects his dedication to elevating standards in property. With his warm and approachable nature, James has been a mentor to many on the Oakley team, inspiring those around him to embrace the same high standards and commitment to client service.

Chris Oakley, CEO and Founder of Oakley Property, says,
"I am so proud to have watched James dedicate and develop his career with Oakley. He has developed personally so much from joining us as a negotiator 20 years ago and having risen over this time to the role of an Equity Director, now running our Brighton & Hove Land & New Homes Division."

A big congratulations to James on 20 extraordinary years! The entire team at Oakley across Brighton & Hove, Shoreham, and Lewes celebrates this incredible achievement and looks forward to many more years of success together.
